Nicky Grist Stages 2022

The Nicky Grist Stages, formerly known as the Quinton Stages, is always a BRM favourite. The event uses the forestries surrounding the Epynt Ranges, think Halfway, Route 60, Crychan and Gwibedog - some of the most photogenic stages anywhere in the UK! The event has recently added a fairly new stage on the eastern side of the ranges known as Llyn Login, it’s extremely fast and open which makes it perfect for photos and videos!

The event this year was a round of both the British Rally Championship and the BTRDA, giving it an extremely competitive entry, headed by BRC leader Keith Cronin at car 1, and Osian Pryce sporting the door number 100 to celebrate his 100th rally - so of course he won the event! The other highlight of the event was Max McRae, the latest rallying talent in the McRae family! Max is the son of Alister and currently plying his trade in Australia. We’ve been keeping tabs on Max’s career on Instagram, he’s clearly got the speed so we’re really excited to see how he develops in the next few years…
