Cambrian Rally 2022

Our final event of the 2022 season saw us travel up to North Wales for the Cambrian, back to its traditional end of season spot in the calendar. Heavy rain in the week leading up to the rally made for some classic Welsh forest rallying conditions - foggy, wet, and muddy - just how we like it!

The big draw for the weekend was the appearance of former Hyundai WRC driver Oliver Solberg, driving Osian Pryce’s BRC winning Polo GTI R5, run by Melvyn Evans Motorsport. The event was the perfect opportunity for Oliver to get back to doing what he loves the most, driving a rally car flat out! As one might expect, he won the rally comfortably whilst providing an awesome spectacle for the fans, a win-win!
